I integrate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a highly effective therapy consists of four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness into therapy. In DBT, we focus on building skills for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress, regulating mood, and improving interpersonal relationships. Through structured exercises and guided practice, clients learn to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and cultivate a life worth living.

Progressive Counting

Progressive Counting (PC) is a trauma therapy technique used at THRIVE! Mental Health. It involves gradually recalling distressing memories in a controlled manner, helping clients process and reduce the impact of traumatic experiences. PC is effective in alleviating symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related conditions.

Flash is a gentle approach to trauma healing that I utilize to help clients process distressing memories quickly and with minimal discomfort. It allows individuals to reframe traumatic experiences without the need for prolonged exposure to the memory.
