Why should I go to therapy?

Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to work through challenges, build resilience, and improve your emotional well-being. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles, therapy can help you gain clarity and coping skills.


How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or need emotional support, therapy can help. There is no issue “too small” or “too big”—if it matters to you, it matters.


Do you specialize in trauma and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)?

Yes, we specialize in trauma-informed therapy, including DID, PTSD, and complex trauma. We use evidence-based techniques to help clients feel safe and empowered. 


How do I prepare for my first therapy session?

Think about your goals or concerns, bring any questions you may have about the process, and most importantly, come as you are.


Do you offer in-person sessions?

We offer online therapy for clients in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Arizona (AZ). In-person sessions are available in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 

How long does therapy take?

Every individual’s journey is different. Some people benefit from short-term therapy, while others prefer long-term support. We tailor therapy to your unique needs.


Can I stop therapy if I feel better?

Absolutely. Therapy is about your journey. You can pause, reduce session frequency, or conclude therapy when you feel ready.


Where are you located?

We offer online therapy for clients in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Arizona (AZ). In-person sessions are available in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 


What are your therapy fees?

Individual Session $250


What forms of payment do you accept?

I only accept credit card through IvyPay. 


Do you accept insurance?

While I do not accept insurance. I provide Superbills for out of network reimbursement.
