ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND

TWLOHA’s Treatment & Recovery Scholarship exists to help eliminate financial barriers that keep people from accessing mental health care. Please read the following information before applying:


Individuals can apply to receive scholarships for anywhere between one to six months of support toward individual counseling sessions and group therapy, as well as funding to help access higher levels of care.


Scholarship funds can be applied toward a therapist or provider you’ve selected if they meet TWLOHA’s criteria and are licensed, or work within a licensed facility to provide mental health services. If you don’t have a counselor or provider selected, you may still apply and wecan offer assistance in helping you find one. 


For those interested in exploring a digital mental health option, we’re excited to share a digital support option through our partnership with Meru Health. (You’ll find additional details below.)

Applications and awards for the Treatment & Recovery Scholarship Program are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The AMMES financial crisis fund is intended to assist patients who have a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), who find themselves unable to meet a critical need. These needs can include anything from making a rent payment to paying a utilities bill, making a copay or any other out-of-pocket medical expense, or any need which is vital to well-being.
