You know what it's like to walk into a room and feel like you have to shrink, explain, or hide. Not here.
This is a group for people living with DID or OSDD — a space where switching, blending, co-consciousness, all of it, is just... normal. Where you don't have to earn the right to be believed. Everyone here already knows.
We meet bi-monthly on Zoom. A 2-month commitment, because it takes more than one session for a group to feel safe. $50 per group. Adults 18+.
All of you. Every single part. Welcome.

Loving someone with DID or OSDD comes with its own weight — confusion, worry, grief, questions you might feel strange even asking. You've been holding that mostly on your own. This Monthly Zoom Support Group is for you: partners, parents, siblings, and friends of individuals with DID or OSDD. A space to understand more, feel less alone, and connect with others walking a similar road. $75 per group, requiring a 2-month commitment to allow the group time to become a real support system. You're allowed to need support too.

Living with chronic pain means living with something most people can't see — and don't fully get. The exhaustion of explaining it, again. The days it wins. The way it touches everything, even when you don't want it to. The Chronic Pain Support Group is a space to stop explaining and start being understood. Over 8 weeks, we'll build real support alongside practical skills, psychoeducation, and mindfulness tools you can actually use. 8-week commitment. Men and women 18+. Virtual via HIPAA-Compliant ZOOM. You're not your pain. Come be seen as the whole person you are.

Sometimes healing doesn't start with words. Sometimes it starts with a color, a shape, a mark on a page — something that says what you haven't found language for yet. The Creative Expression Therapy Group is 8 weeks, 8 prompts, one unfolding you. No art experience needed, no pressure to have it all figured out — just a guided, creative space for women ready to heal, one week at a time. 8-week commitment. Adult women 18+. Virtual via Zoom. $360 plus supplies. Come with an open hand. See what shows up on the page.

Ever feel like you're carrying something too heavy to talk about — and even heavier to talk about with people who don't get it?
That's what Brothers' Healing Circle is for. It's a space for frum men dealing with mental health struggles, addiction, or trauma to sit with other guys who actually understand — no judgment, no explaining yourself, no pretending everything's fine.
Facilitated by Sam Paris, LCSW, the group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, 9:00–10:00 PM EST, over Zoom. $50 per session, with a 2-month commitment so the group has time to really become a group.
Open to men 18+. Come as you are.

Are you a frum female mental health professional who also carries lived experience — with trauma, mental health struggles, or addiction? You know the weight of holding space for others while carrying your own story too.
The Monthly MHP Support Group is a place to put that weight down for an hour, once a month, with women who get exactly what that's like — professionally and personally. Your anonymity is protected, and there's no cost to join.
We meet the first Monday of every month, 8:00–9:00 PM EST, over Zoom. Free — because even the ones who hold space for everyone else deserve a space of their own.

Being the one who holds it together for everyone else is its own kind of heavy. If you're a frum mental health professional who's also lived through your own trauma, mental health struggles, or addiction — you don't have to carry that alone too.
This is a space just for you and other men who get it from both sides, professionally and personally. Led by Dovid Flam, LPC.
First Monday of every month, 9:00–10:00 PM EST, on Zoom. Free — because you deserve a place to just be, not just be the helper.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing, reach out today. Whether you have questions about therapy, need help choosing the right service, or are ready to schedule an appointment, we’re here to help!
